Comment policy
Spurred by the post at weblogtoolscollection.com I decided to post a few guidelines in the issue of commenting on this blog.
- I reserve the right to copy the comment as it is, with posters nickname and details, to any republication of the post in both print and online. For example if the blog should ever be printed as a book and I wanted to include comments, I would do this without contacting the commenter. (Unlikely that this would happen of course, but who knows.) Also if I choose to change the address for the blog or do a redesign for it, I would move the comments with the post.
- I will not edit the comment in any other case but: to remove harmful information like names, phone numbers or addresses from the comments. I may tidy up the comment if for some reason (like coding flaws) it has become unreadable.
- I will not touch language issues, like swearing, profanities or spelling errors. However I may not accept such comments at all, but delete them.
- I will of course delete all comments that have nothing to do with the post and / or are spam.
