What you fear is what you get
I was reading this old post about not watching the news and why it’s bad for the society if you do. Sounds kind of weird, doesn’t it? The explanation will sound weird to most of you as well, but for some of you this makes perfect sense. The vibrations you send to the universe will create more of the same. Imagine what power the vibrations of the whole country will produce in front of the news.
The good news is, that even though we are taught from childhood to focus on the negative and the things that makes us afraid, we have managed to overcome most of those things. Have you noticed how much better the world is now than what it was say a 100 years ago? How animals are being treated better? How people will actually pay attention to the animal abuse when it happens? A 100 years ago nobody would have bat an eyelid seeing you train your dog with electric shocks, spike collar or beating the crap out of him. That was your right, he was your dog. Today, you would face court and penalties for it. Still, maybe not hefty enough, but we’re getting there.
You no longer live in a house painted with paint containing led, nor are you breathing asbestos without knowing what it will do to you. Your children won’t be born with birth defects simply because you and all the mothers your age were given drugs during pregnancy that were supposed to help you but ended up with a disaster. Your drugs will be tested before given to you. And more than ever, they will not be tested on animals.
Our leaders will no longer be likely to decapitate you for disagreeing with their politics, nor will deseases like the plague run free without it being stopped on its tracks by a good team of people in different countries, that work tirelessly to keep you and your family safe. This is our reality.
As for global warming, maybe it is good that most of us don’t really believe in it. At the same time, most of us do help the environment with more eco-friendly choices, but at the same time we are not shrunk on fear just waiting the world to come to an end. Focus on the positive, ignore the negative. We’re thinking, that when I buy this product instead of that one, the environment WILL get better. We send that though to the universe, and the universe will listen. As humanity we vote for the faith of our planet by our beliefs of what is going to happen. Unfortunately, the more we listen to the bad news about what’s going on, the harder it is to believe that things will turn out right. We just have to keep faith in people, in the end, they will do the right thing. And even if the worst would happen and people started dying like poisoned ants, we can trust that the emisions will dramaticly drop at that point, and not all of us will perish, it won’t be the end of humanity after all. (There’s always a silver lining there, isn’t there? :p )
Our reality is what is it is, but what it will become is up to us all. Send out good vibes, people, good vibes!
